  We spent one night in the hotel as part of our spring (April) vacation in Italy, on the way from Pisa and Volterra to the north of Italy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quite and with beautiful view of the sea and over a very nice and green park.   Cheep, clean, air conditioned, friendly and helpful staff, views of the leaning tower from our room although you did have to look to the right. room 66. 25 meters from the gates to the grounds of the tower. Easy early check in although we did not book. The room meant we could get in and see things before the crowds and also get out to sleep at mid... what people say » day and re enter later without problems or carrying cases with us. Dont expect the Hilton but this is as good as any Park Inn or Travelodge. Coffees - Simply an unbeatable location- our room had a balcony and an amazing view of the famed leaning tower which is truly breathtaking. The hotel staff were helpful and answered all our questions, not forthcoming with information- but very polite! Room was basic but clean- good value for money no complaints at all! - say you want a smoking room if you want a balcony! Overall we were very happy so big thank you!
