Florence Dream Domus was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire
Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco
and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the
Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms.
Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff
ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay
memorable! We strongly recommend the place.

The staff is extremely helpful. The Breakfast is served in a beautifully decorated room with original painted on ceiling. Despite on the fact the hotel is on the seconf floor and you have to carry your luggage with no lift, dear Paolo can see you with an intercom and is ready to help you. The views were unmatched anywhere we stayed in Italy. The room was huge with a balcony, and nice large bathroom. The staff was friendly and helped with directions and sight seeing recommendations. Breakfast had a nice variety.
