Accommodation was excellent - new, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Added advantage of having a pool which was needed after a hot day sight seeing.

Marco waited 2 hours beyond the check-in time and greeted us with a smile. He is a wonderful host. The breakfast is at a restaurant next to Sante Croce which is approx a 5 minute walk and it is totally worth it. The fridge in the room. Nice reception or owner (Mr Marco). Supermarket in front of the hotel. Location is very close to city attractions and everything you need.
We had a very nice decorated and designed room, with a large matrimonial bed. Everything was great.
This place is an apartment with 5 or 6 rooms. also 3 or 4 rooms outside the apartment but in the same floor. but this does not cause any problem. Reception is not 24 hours. free tee or coffee in the morning

us it didn’t matter but I can imagine that some people like not to be

even it is not close to the city center, but just 3 minutes' walk from the bus stop. there is also a big supermarket nearby. the room is super big and very clean. furniture are new and comfortable. overall, everything is perfect.

Everything. The 4 nights stay here is our best part of our 2 weeks holiday in Italy. The hosts are super friendly and their way of working and living is inspiring. very friendly hosts, always ready to help; their suggestions for wine tasting, restaurants, places to see, were truly the best we received during our 2 week stay in Tuscany. Close to Siena - 15-20 minutes drive from downtown on normal road or about 1 hour on a beautiful white road also recommended by the host for the views. We highly recommend it.
