The woman who is an owner is very nice, very kind and friendly. Location is amazing, so close to SMN train station and less than 10min from the main Piazza. Also, 5 min from hotel, there is a central market where you can find everything you need. Clean, comfortable and delicious, typicall italian breakfast :) -

The room opened up onto a balcony and provided a pleasant place to catch up with my travel log. The room decor is interesting and spacious. Breakfast was good with home made bread every day. Location is in a quiet residential area and close to several good restaurants, shops, and a self-service laundry. It is within easy walking distance to the Duomo.
