The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, with fantastic English. The location is great with free on/street parking right outside and just a 5 minute walk to the medieval walls and core of the town. Our room was cleaned daily and to a high standard, which although it wasn't that modern still felt very clean and comfortable. -

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!

were taken thoroughly through all that Florence can offer. Not only did
they take us through it, they organised the tours for us.
Breakfast was fantastic, especially in the variety and quality of the foods. Probably one of the better breakfasts offered for a room of this rate.

We loved that it was on the beach, my kids really like the fact that our room had two floors which made playing hide and go seek so much more fun. After living in Europe for a year we have missed air conditioning, it was very nice to be able to use it again. The staff was also very friendly. -
