For my wife and I, it all has to do with the staff and this hotel can boast of having very helpful and friendly staff. The owners are present and they participate in the day to day activities of running this very charming hotel. The rooms are somewhat unique as the rooms are all so different. The location is a ten. This is a lovely hotel in the historic centre of Florence.
It is only a five minute trundle
- with suitcase - from the main railway station.
The staff were very polite and helpful.
There was plenty of choice when it came to breakfast time. I had a nice, clean room overlooking the bustling piazza and the Medici chapels. The (double) double-glazed windows shut out any traffic noise overnight.
I would definitely recommend it.

This apartment is an absolute treasure. It's location is unbeatable, it is large, airy and cool even in the heat of the day, and Mery is a lovely and helpful host. It's the perfect accommodation if you want to be in the heart of Florence yet still have room to relax and watch the goings on of the city. We look forward to visiting again soon!

The web site shows a lot, but they don’t do it justice.
Breakfast was good. It consisted of fruit, yogurt, baked goods, quiches, and breads with various spreads.
Francesco also cooked eggs/bacon made to order. Spectacular start to the morning.

My husband and I had a great night at B&B Le Seggiole. Nice, clean design. The bed was super comfortable. We probably had one of our best nights of sleep there. We could easily walk to all the prime locations. And the host was lovely, helpful and very kind. I would definitely stay there again!

the owners were so nice and kind and the breakfast was extra delicious. Only 5 minutes by car to San Gimignano in quiet idyllic place to hang on terrace in the evening. There is a swimming pool to refresh. Too bad that i can stay for only one day and miss the dinner. Highly recommended. For ever visitors: please enter GPS coordinates, as none of them cannot locate this street and it is not so easy to find. For sure i will be back in next visit in tuscany
