  The staff is perfect! We were unable to check-in before 23 pm, even we arrived after 01 am (though we told before that we ould come at 22 pm) because of very hard road from Napoli through Campania and Calabria. It seemed to be lost... It seemed we would have our beds on a street... But the cool guy Pietro came away and saved us!)) He retruned to t... what people say » he hotel after 3 hours of it's been closed for check-in and did everything perfect and was very cordial. Many many thanks! PS: and a dog in the inner - I've spent 2 weeks in Civitas B&B. The room is very spacious, clean and the towels are changed daily. It is very close to city centre as well as bus and train stations. Interior is very nice decorated. Pietro and Leonardo are very friendly and helpful in every possible way. I highly recommend it for staying!

  Excellent central location in Ortigia. Were met downstairs by friendly staff member, didn't even need to call. Beautiful room with huge ceiling and big bathroom. Very clean. - The location is very central. The room is very spacious and nice. The breakfast was in the cafe vis a vis the hotel and we had real coffee and delicious pastry.

  This was a very comfortable apartment with its own parking space. A very good breakfast was served a few doors down, which was not a problem. Once the extremely narrow streets have been negotiated the apartment is a delight. The owner was very helpful although she did not speak any English. - Highly recommend Bella Giulia.
