Really nice place in a great location, so close to all atraction of
Cagliari, old town and train station. Room was clean and spacious.
Personel was very helpful and kind, they gave us map with some
indication and answered for all our questions. Breakfest was delicious
and served in tipical italian bar, 20 meters from the hotel. It's

Paula was a wonderful hostess, greeting us on arrival and explaining
everything, including giving us details on local tourist spots. The room
was large, comfortable and clean (cleaned every day after 10am). It
looked exactly like it did in the photos. We had a fridge, a hairdryer,
ample storage space and a view of the sea. The room itself is quiet even
when it's busy outside. Breakfast was decent with a large choice of
beverages and foods. The location was perfect for exploring the city (5

Perfect location if you have just arrived on the ferry or are about to leave on it. My room was clean, spacious and with a balcony overlooking the town. A wonderfully warm and knowledgeable welcome with recommendations as to where to go, what to do and where to eat. The homemade jams at breakfast were superb, and I wish I had a coffee maker as good! Definitely a place to return to for a longer stay.

The owner was very friendly, helpful and spoke good english. The apartment was big and clean, equiped with everything you need. It is placed in central position - quite close to the town centre, few steps to the town beach and not far from the nice Maria Pia beach. -
