  Excellent hotel directly by the sea. Very good for families with children as there is heated pool and playground. We had a studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen.   Out of all the different options we had, we (3 friends) chose an apartment managed by Biriola Holiday - mainly because of the huge number of positive reviews. Communication with the manager, Matteo, was excellent and he was very friendly and helpful with everything - not to mention all the great insider tips he had for us! We were glad to be there in the low season, when Cala Gonone is almost empty (i.e. no tourists), - We traveled to Cala Gonone as a young couple and found Residence Biriola very easy to find. Upon arriving we were greeted by Bruno, the elder statesman of the residence, who was quite simply charming. He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis.   Owner is very nice, speaks very good English. They upgraded our room for free :-) Room is nice, has fridge also. Swimming pool is nice. Supermarket is just in the other side of the road and they have a restaurant as well ( you can have dinner near swimming pool or at your terrace) - Helpfull staff, upgrade for free.   Great value for money and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. All rooms seem to have either a balcony or their own patio/chairs etc.. Rooms cleaned to a high standard every day and towels replaced. Very efficient air con. Also has mini bar, safe, television, hairdryer etc... Lovely pool which was visibly cleaned daily Would highly recommend :-) - The staff we met were so friendly and acted on any requests promptly and efficiently. The hotel is within an easy 15 minute stroll of the village centre and yet remote from the hurly burly. Great Pool, extremely clean. Rooms clean and of good size and quality of daily maintenance of rooms and towel changes really good. The night reception staff member Giovanni was so welcoming after a really late arrival following a stressful journey.

  Excellent hotel! Definitely recommended. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, just a few steps down to the beach. We stayed in a superior room for 4 nights. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, which made it a pleasant stay. The terrace was big and perfect for enjoying outside. One of the best we tried in Ba - The hotel is very well maintained and the location perfect. The staff goes out of their way to please the customer. Beautiful view of the Bay, walking distance to small village with restaurants & boutiques. Also, a Supermarceto wich is very convenient. Would definitely go back to this hotel.
