  The perfect little getaway with a touch of luxury. The room was relaxing and spacious, the bed comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with many different choices. Waking up to the smell of fresh baked croissants. The house has a lot of history but is maintained very well and given a few contemporary touches so its both a mix of elegance and luxu... what people say » ry. The owner Delitta was incredibly helpful and added to our short stay immensely. The housekeeper Florina was wonderfully charming and works very ha - There is only one thing to say: we booked one night but decided to stay for three! Very stylish, very cozy, very friendly! The warm and friendly welcomming together with the fine atmosphere make this villa a really nice and relaxed landmark within a beautiful but buisy town. Ask the very friendly people at the reception for places to eat in Firenze - you wont regret...;-)

  Excellent Room. It was spacious and had a lovely attached bathroom too. Hotel was a little away from city center but you could take bus 14 and reach city center in about 15 minutes.   It's a really nice little hotel in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Very nice and helpful staff, free parking on the street in front of the hotel (in Florence parking is a nightmare, and for free it's hard to find parking at all).   really friendly welcome, complete with map of Florence and details of where the things to see were, and a few suggestions for eating out. Breakfast in or outdoors and was lovely and fresh, lots of choice. Room was big and just what you'd expect from an Italian Villa, furniture too, No telly in room but the top of the house has a telly/guest room... what people say » with fridge, water, drinks, books, air con. sheets and towels etc changed twice in our 5 day stay. Tickets for bus rides sold cheaper than on bus it - I booked this B&B due to parking and location to travel easily into the centre of Florence, as other reviews reveal it is on the bus route directly into the old city of Florence. But it was much more we felt so welcomed and comfortable. Great advice from Antonio regarding restaurants, if you can you must go to the La Reggia in Fiesole (situated high on the hill above Florence) this was a recommendation and it was fabulous. Antonio and his sister Guisy welcomed us like friends, lots of laugh

  The hotel is only a 15/20 min walk from the town centre but if you wantto you can take the bus which runs pretty often. The staff are politeand very helpfull and you get a fantastic sellection of food forbreakfast.
