It was our second stay at Beccaris, the view from the breakfast area remains fantastic. Beautiful pool and garden area. Several great places to wine and dine at only a few minutes walk from the villa. The main town (Monforte d' Alba) is very customer-friendly, with great value for money meals.

The facilities at Villa Beccaris were fantastic. The room was large, great views from the windows,pool and lounge area around it was great and the breakfast room built over the edge of the hill was amazing.Monforte has some excellent little restaurants tucked away in the back streets - just ask the staff for recommendations.

We only stayed one night at the Reale whilst on a road trip. We chose it for its location and parking. Hotel reserved parking places are very limited but we were lucky to find one. There is an air of faded grandure about the Reale but it was OK for a night's stay. We ate in their restaurant which was OK but nothing special. Good breakfast.

Patricia and her husband were incredibly warm, hospitable, thoughtful and managed to answer all questions even though we have such a limited use of Italian. They could not have done more for any guest. Patricia is an amazing cook. breakfasts were just wonderful. Rooms were also beautiful as was the whole building. Amazing restoration of an ancient place. Views from our window were to die for. We hope we have made life long friends.

Daniella, her husband and Frederico are friendly, generous, and incredibly attentive hosts, offering practical advice on tourist attractions and on local restaurants. There is a sense of calm throughout the property, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the pool is pleasant. The breakfasts are amazing feasts offering everything you could want!
