The bell staff and doorman greeted us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. The roof top bar was a beautiful place to st - My wife and I greatly appreciated our stay at this hotel. We have a wonderful time there, and the receptionist was so helpful. To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful. Not to forget the restaurant la terrazza briliant, with a veal to die for among other wonders. The one star Michelin is really well deserved.

  The location was perfect and close to everything - 5 mins to metro stop, park around the corner, Spanish Steps 5 mins away. Very quiet location and no street noise (we had an inner courtyard room). Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood. They even made breakfast bags when we checked out... what people say » at 4:30! - Staff was very helpful with reservations and accomodations. Room was a good size for a european hotel. Plenty of room for my family of four. Room was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Quiet location. Breakfast was typical european breakfast--pastries, cereal, hams, cheeses, yogurt,,,etc. Great location.

  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children
