Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable throughout, would stay there again without a moments hesitation. - Room was clean and pleasant, staff very helpfull, location peacefull and quiet ( but quite far away from anything ), just perfecy for our purpose ( which was just to stay one night within reasonable driving distance to the Bergamo airport )

We loved this hotel. It is kind of "old-fashioned" and very well kept, very clean and very charming. We felt like home, thanks to the friendliness of the family that runs it. The staff were all very friendly. George even took us in his own car to Sirmione rather than book us a taxi! Breakfast was lovely and the food very fresh. The cleaners did a great job and had a friendly greeting every morning.The pool area was clean and peaceful sometimes I was the only person there, it was maintaned regularly throughout the day

The location was very good for viewing Cernobbio and it was very close to the boats pier going to Como: in 8 minutes you were already in the city of Como.
The place was immersed in a treed location and in a quite area of Cernobbio, in front of Villa Erba. The owners were very helpful and kind. The apartment was fitted with every confort you could want, including a washing machine in the bathroom. We will definitely stay again at the Cernobbio Residence.

This is a gem of a hotel with very friendly staff. You feel like a guest in a country villa. Facilities excellent and spacious. We opted for half board once there, as there are not many places to eat unless you drive. 10 minutes walk to local town for icecream, local market, boat to little villages. Great location as very near to the metro stop and with quiet neighbourhood. Staff are friendly and helpful, esp. Paola, at the reception. Room is clean and bright. The hotel is small but cozy and comfortable, and provides everything we need. It is well maintained. The room I stayed was just renovated last year and gave fresh feeling. If next time to Milan again, wIll definitely consider this hotel again.
