The man who works at the reception was very very helpful to us. Not only did he help carry up all of our luggage (which was alot for 3 people), he also assisted us to call our hire car company as we can't speak Italian. He continued to try to call and get through to them for the whole time we stayed over 2 days and also sent an email for us.

minutes leisure walk through a nice old streets of Milan to the Milan
Cathedral. The possibilities for breakfast/dinner are great since
the hotel is in the center and few cafés are few minutes from the hotel.
(I personally recommend Happy Café). The personnel was very friendly,
knowledgeable and helpful. We received various valuable tips for our
stay at the city which we all used and liked. Also, the room was big,
comfortable

Loved the location. Very close to where the ferry docks. Easy access to all shopping and restaurants. Our room for three was pretty spacious. Giacomo, Marcello and Michael were very helpful in guiding us to restaurants and sites. The continental breakfast was awesome! It was a small, local hotel...just what we were looking for. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip!
