Stylish rooms with some nice details. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom added to the experience. Host Paolo made a very delicious dinner, with amazing bread! Breakfast was also good, especially the sweet part (the homemade cakes are a must try!). B&B is located in a nice, relatively quiet area, but still not far away from city center.

This place was really nice! We really appreciated the interior design,
very various and class at the same time. Actually, there is a luxurious
side with giant tv and chandelier in the room, dressing-room, two
washstands... For the price, it's really magic, it's worthy of a
4 stars. The hosts are really nice and the breakfast is fine. The
location is great if you need to go to San Siro or the ippodromo, you
just need to walk 15min. The heart of Milan is really close in car.

Although there was an unusually large amount of paperwork, there was only one signature and the process wasn't that painful. The service was good. We should check in at02:00Am but due to problem in Mount Blanc , we arrive around 4:00Am and when we call the guy he answer the phone very quick and ask us to get the key at his place. the service is very professional and details. So it's really makes us easy to check in and check out anytime.

Great big house with original details. Because of the thick walls was the house always cool even with high temperatures. Safe place to park the car. Very quite place and just 20 minutes from Lugano. Would like to stay again. -
