  We stayed at Hotel Europa at the beginning of our recent trip to Italy and were very glad that we had chosen it as our base for exploring Lake Como. Booking here was one of the best decisions we made on our whole trip. The hotel and small town of Sorico was absolutely charming. Mattia was extremely helpful in planning the ins and outs of our time there. He had current ferry and bus schedules available which saved us a ton of time. Our room was very modern and comfortable with a beautiful view

  Everything was perfect. Great accommodation (even the extra bed was great, not just pull-out couch that you normally see). Very good breakfast with quality products. Restaurant was also great, 4* quality with 2* prices. Private parking, AC that works all day even if you are not in the room , fridge and even an ergonomic pillow !! Solferino may be cca 15km from the lake, but road to every destination is free of traffic and you actually get everywhere eve - The place is like a dream. The location of the hotel (city center of a lovely old town) is just great, the view from the restaurant very romantic. The rooms are very comfortable/big. The personnel unusual friendly and helpful. 15 minutes drive to the Garda lake, good pizzeria in Solferino. Close to very good aqua park and Garda Land.

  The hotel is not new, but perfectly clean and well-equipped, including a dedicated parking just in front. The owners not only provided her with medicine, but went out of their way to open the kitchen especially for us, and cooked a lovely dinner, as she was too unwell to leave the hotel. - Clean rooms. It is a genuine family-run simple hotel with a personal touch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great with fresh fruit and homemade pastries, etc. The location was very convenient - you walk across a main road and then you are in the historic centre and a few minutes more walk to the lakeside. Highly recommended as great value for a budget hotel.
