Was visiting an Exhibition in Milan (fiera milano) and was not familiar with the area. The staff were extremely helpful and drove us to the train station each morning while also helping us get out tickets and journey information. The location was excellent for the shop and rooms very comfortable. Would definetly stay there again. -

Clean and bright bedrooms and common areas. Friendly staff. Good food. Helpful staff. Location good as base for visiting other areas of Lake Garda. - The meal in the restaraunt was good and the service was excellent. In most respects this was little different from a 5 star.
