  This small hotel (11 rooms) was stylishly renovated about three years ago so that the Victorian ambience remains but now provides modern comforts. The swimming pool--behind the hotel in the hillside gardens-- overlooks the Lago di Como; it was very relaxing to spend the afternoon there. On the day of our departure, Pablo allowed us to leave the car in the garage so that we could visit the Villa Carlotta; we - This is a family run business that have put significant effort into restoring this Villa. They take pride in serviciing their Customers and are very helpful in answering questions. The views of Lake Como are awesome. This is a place to relax away from the crowded cities. Suggest you use the hotel car service if you are coming from Como. Also suggest you use the Ferry day pass to tour the lake towns (15 Euro). The dinners at gc were excellent quality.

  The apartment was really wonderful. Absolutely perfect location - in the city centre and not far from the beach (7-10 minutes walking distance). Very clean, comfortable, cosy, very nice design. The owner is very friendly, always ready to help. I would recomended it for vacation for sure
