  Close to the public beach. Almost new rooms (in second building). Very nice and friendly stuff, who offered the free and tasty coffee everytime we walked by. Good breakfast (don't forget to ask for scrumbled eggs). Not so far from the Sirmione center (less than 5 minutes on a car). In room there were two additional beds-transformers. They have a very nice terrace where you can sit and watch the world go by. The rooms are small but clean and functional. Some have a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good (they will bring you eggs cooked how you want and cappuccino). They had free parking too which is nice.

Our thanks to Professore Rocco and Massimo who greeted us on our arrival and showed us our magnificent room (La Cappella) and to Cristina and Margaux who treated us to a sumptious breakfast.   Simple, clean, quiet and good breakfasts which could be eaten outside in a quiet patio/garden area. Our room had a lake view from a small balcony. As a B&B for a five night stay it ticked all the boxes and I would stay there again.   The room and bathroom were decent size, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area in an inner yard of the hotel was quite nice. - Close to the subway station, nice and clean room, big supermarkets in the area.

  The hotel was exactly what I needed for a perfect business trip. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
