  exellent after ski time - going Bormio termal water pools and baths, nice old town walking - shopping or restaurants. not far from residence there's a supermarket if you prefer to cook yourself. wi fi free - Great place for very good price. Clean and very well heated place, which was very comfortable after all day spend on the ski slope.

  - the owners are a couple who are very friendly and helpful even though they dont speak a lot of english - the whole B&B is nicely and cozily decorated and very clean - the DIY breakfast is fantastic with various ingridients that you can freely pick from the fridge. you can have your breakfast anytime in the morning - Kind personal was waitin... what people say » g for our late arrival. I appreciated the locked underground parking for our car. Very clean. Small terrace in front of the house where you can have breakfast or seat in the evening. Nice common kitchen for all 4(?) rooms.   Eugenio was a wonderfull host! The room was lovely,clean and,yet small, well supplied with comforts. We had an impression that we know each other for a long time already! It is an open house with Eugenio with open heart! And yes, it is thru: he can make excellent creps with diferent tips of fine flour! He made us creps for breakfast by our ch... what people say » oice,yami! And of course there were other excuisite local food spetialities including fresh fruit, local cheese etc. Thank you for your hospitality Eu - This B&B was like a home away from home. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Eugenio was the perfect host. He has gone out of his way to make us feel at home and did more for us than we could ever have expected. Breakfast was the best we had in our three weeks in Italy - the crepes were the best! If you want to get away from the impersonal hotel setup, this is the place to stay! Dervio is not as busy as some of the other towns on Lake Como and a good option for a peaceful stay.

  Got a great night's sleep every night. Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is very good - It was just where I needed it to be. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent.
