The staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden by the lakewas wonderful. If anything, the description of the facilities onyour website underplayed the attractions for staying at the siteduring the day. - Indoor swimming pool and sauna is not open in winter. Breakfast was basic, but room was big and modern.

Cheap and clean. Bubbles for 2 young children but not for our 19 year old. Breakfast too late at 8.00 as we had to leave at 7.00
For someone who just want a simple cheap room. -
The owner and staff were very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast was good, the room very clean, it had a balcony, and the shower was great.

The whole experience was wonderful. The owners are so friendly and helpful. The room cleaners were amazing. Bedrooms spotless and tidied so quickly dont know how they did it! View from the bedroom of the lake and mountains was lovely. My husband adored the homemade cake(made by Nonna) at breakfast. Will most certainly stay again when in the area.

Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until the early hours of the morning , but on phoning them we were told not to worry. We were looked after wonderfully, and we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel - fantastic views of the lake and mountains and a wonderful base .

Staff very friendly, sorted out all our board hire, transfers and lift passes, couldn't have done more to help. Everything was sorted for us which was brilliant as only stayed a weekend for snowboarding. Highly recommended - Very friendly staff.
