We liked the location being close to the Vatican, close to the bus, metro and taxi stations. The staff is very cordial, professional and helpful. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. I found the staff of the well positioned hotel to be its greatest asset, they went out of their way to ensure that everything I did in Rome was perfect. They were great in their recommendations and everyone I had dealings with were incredibly knowledgable on Rome. I highly recommend it and would stay there again next time in Rome.

Owner was very nice and helpful. Hotel was located 800m from the train station and easy to walk to but it was rather hard on the pull along suite case as the pavement was rough and uneven. I broke off one wheel before and had to buy an expensive replacement suite case in Stockholm. The owner was kind to give us a ride on our way out. -

The New Inn was the perfect choice for staying in a central location in Rome. The "hotel" is located on the third floor (accessible via and elevator when one has luggage to consider). The location is really very convinent, and close to Termini station as well as to Colosseum, Forum and Piazza Venezia.
There were no problem to find the hotel, as we found it with help of Google maps street view previously. You should ring the bell( press the button named New Inn) on the large wooden doors, to enter the building. The WC is equipped with hygienic shower. The shower cabin is quite large and works good.

We stayed at Maryelen from the 7th till the 11th of November.I had lower expcetations,because it is a 2 star hotel ,BUT everything was excellent.The people are really friendly, the rooms were clean (there was a maid comming everyday),the food was nice,it is really maimly sweets,but its Rome ;) If you asked for a toast or something else,they are going to make it for you :)
