The cappuccinos and light breakfast in the morning was excellent; we had wonderful interactions with all the staff and found the proximity to the Metro ideal for getting around and seeing room. The shower in our Vista room was marvelous!

Staff was supersuper friendly, thanks to Armando and Jerry, the guys at the front-desk. They were helping us out with getting familiar with the transportation, sightseeing recommendations, and even with places to go shopping.

First I want to mention the
Stuff, that were always nice, friendly, willing to answer questions about where to visit, how to reach a certain point, and a 24h service.
Secondly the B&B showers and facilities were well cleaned every day.
The breakfast was fair and served to the room at the requested hour.
For last and maybe most important the B&B was enough close to the historical center, by bus, Metro ( 5 min walk) ,or by foot ( 15 min walk )

it's a combination between BandB and Hotel for its services , having also a very nice and cheap restaurant La Famiglia downstairs , where i also take my first dinner because my flight land in Rome in the late afternoon and so i find my way to the BandB at 10pm.I'm a traveller and i can assure you that i really stayed there better then into a 3stars

Everything was wonderful! The best location, 5-10 minutes from Termini train station and metro, everything is within a walking distance, many cafes, restaurants,mini markets and shops around. The location of the apartman was perfect. It is very close to the famous places, you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The surround of the accomodation seems to be dangerous but it is nothing to worry about there is a lot of tourists and hotels.The rumanian boy was very polite and helpful.
