The room was very nicely decorated and looked like it was recently refurbished with a fine working aircondition, which was a life-saver in Rome's 38 degrees August heat! Bathroom excellent. Room cleaned every day. Espresso machine, free of use, in the common kitchen. Possible to cook breakfast or lunch on gas stove. Balcony with view over the Vatican roofs and towers. Owner, Vincenzo was really friendly and helpful. Cheap room for Rome. On the 8th floor, but there's a lift. Would stay here agai

No frills but comfortable accommodation. Good value for money and very close to Termini station. Breakfast is served at a cafe a couple of streets away (It is a simple coffee and pastry but that is what you will find every where). There is also a pleasant courtyard for sitting out in the evening.

The ability to chill on the balcony with prosecco and nibbles purchased from the supermarket we passed walking back from the train station after a busy few hours in Roma. The location couldn't been better, a few minutes from the metro and many attractions in walking distance. And the price was the best in the area. The room where cleaned every day and the toilet was fresh. The bed (double) was ok but my girlfriend thought it was to hard. The breakfast was okay and the service perfect.
