The 'blue' room we had (mother and daughter trip) was large, spacious and modern with a great bathroom which was all very clean. Marco and his Mama were very friendly and helpful. Air conditiining was super, Wifi was strong and the room had a balcony with a nice view of the river. Breakfast was simple though traditional italian style so nice. This was one of favourite rooms on our euro trip, lovely little B&B.

Genuine and personal atmosphere, with very welcoming personnel. Close to the Vatican, restaurants, shopping, and metro/bus stations. Feels very new, fresh and always clean. The breakfast is not much, tea or coffee and a croissant, but it's the Italian way. You eat your breakfast at a small bar/café across the street and the place is truly genuine and filled with locals drinking their morning coffee.

We had a rent car, and was fortunate to get a space just in a little alley right in front of the entrance.
Trastevere neighbourhood is great, icecream shops, and ristorante and trattorias just around the corner.
In walking distance to all major "must see" tourist attractions.
For italian standard, the breakfast is very good.
Our 3 person room was very spacious, but the furniture and bathroom is some what dated and worn. All in all very good value for money.

It felt like we were staying at our home in Rome rather than a hotel! very specious, stylish and comfortable room. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, walking distance to Vatican and St Angelo Castle and city centre is only 15 mins away walking. I would not look for another place to stay when I go back to Rome again.
