  Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast, though quite basic, was very welcome.   A wonderful experience ! The location offers a breathtaking view over the Bolsena lake, and the swimming pool is right on it ! The owner (do stop for a chat with Danielle and her husband) is a wonderful guest, with a lot of stories to tell and a marvelous sense of welcome. The facilities are brand new in 2013, everything is very clean and well tho... what people say » ught to enjoy the stay. It is only 1,5 hr from Roma and you can enjoy both the medieval surroundings, the lake with crystal clear water and boating fa - The apartments are very new, nice decorated and very well equipped. Lake views from the windows are fantastic. The place is very quiet, romantic. (Be careful not to miss your turn in the road). Montefiascone with restaurants and supermarkets are 4-5 minutes drive away. We met a very warm welcome! It was our best accommodation from the entire trip!

Location: right on Ostia - First of all, the breakfast was fine, like they said in description. After all, you can't complain about the lack of American breakfast since in presentation is written Continental breakfast. They do have an elevator and minibar (empty but working proper) in room. They clean the room every day and change the shits at two days. There was a Shuttle had to come from the front of the hotel and pick the tourist for the Castel Romano Outlet.
