  The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew about the amenities of the hostel and Nas went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport for an early flight.   Great hostel and very friendly staff! The facilities were great (if not too many for a hostel). It ticked every box! - The staff were very friendly and helpful and I liked having the pool.

  I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile. People who go to this hostel is fun and young people. The place is close to everything. I 100% recommend this hostel if you want to spend an unforgettable time in Rome. Tables, chairs, closets that was possible to lock (bring your own lock). There were 3 showers and 3 toilets for ladies on the floor for 4 bedrooms, so they were never crowded. I did not see showers or toilets for men as it was a separate room ;-). The hostel is well located, 5 minutes walking distance from Termini train station where also buses from airports stop.   Very well placed, just behind Termini station,enough power outlets,kind personnel always ready to answer your questions and give you a map- I have like 4 of them that I will use again when I get back. I got there in the morning, left my luggage and went visiting the city.I Have to tell you I was a bit worried but absolutely nothing happened.   Because of a late arrival at CIA airport, we had booked a simple accommodation very close to Ciampino train station reachable by a local bus (1.20 EUR one-way). If we had missed the bus, we would have had to take an over-priced taxi (20 EUR). Our plan was to take the train to Termini (1.50 EUR one-way) on the next day, which worked out OK, althoug... what people say » h there are direct bus connections from CIA to Termini (from 3.80 to 6.00 EUR one-way). The room assigned to us was spacious but apparently freshly pa - Clean and modern decorated. Very close to Ciampino Station which you can take train to Termini for 15 minutes (there's no control, no need to pay any :)) and access the city easily. It's also close to Ciampino Airport and there's shuttle bus passing in front of the hostel. Supermarket is just under the hostel and there are so many pizzerias near.
