Very nice location two steps away from Termini station, besides we could reach on foot the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!

The breakfast spread was basic, but no washing up was required. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating. The staff were extremely nice, helpful and spoke very good english. They marked out on a map most of the sights in the city and how to get to them easily. Very clean and quiet. Access to the kitchen, wifi and very helpful stuff. People moan about breakfast: croissants, cereals and coffe. That's typical continental breakfast duuuh so don't expect much especially if its for free.
I'm very glad I choose that b&b I highly recommend thy place for everybody. And I'll be back there for sure.

Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. We appreciated Deluxe Rooms- thanks to this business idea many families can afford to stay in Rome.
