  Еxcellent appartments! Good value for money. The staff was very kind and respectful (especially one of the managers - Roberto). Though it was a little loudly in the night outside the appartments (because of some rare cars passing by), we liked the appartments very much. It was very quiet outside our room so we didn't hear any noise from our floor'... what people say » s neighbors. Wi-Fi woks very well. The room and the kitchen were very clean. Good breakfast. Our luggage was lost due to the mistake made by the Airpo - We had a fantastic stay at the Alba Romana B&B - the rooms and communal spaces were well decorated and comfortable, and Roberto and his daughter made us feel very welcome! Although it's not in the city centre, the main attractions are only a 20 minute tram or bus journey away and there's very nice (and reasonably priced) restaurants and gellatos nearby. We had a great stay here and would strongly recommend it to others.

The owners were warm, friendly, super helpful and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful - you really feel like you are their guest and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.   Everything! The owners are fantastic and they took the time at our arrival to sit down with us and map out an amazing itinerary to maximize our time in Rome. They also recommended wonderful restaurants, and the 24 hour bakery next door was delicious and a great bonus. The room was exactly as pictured - very modern, clean, and comfortable. - Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and location where to eat good quality food at cheap price.   Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation... what people say » and can walk back safely on the streets after midnight. Massimo had great tips for visiting the major sites and saved us a lot of time, since we didn - Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's stay is unbeatable.

  The owner Alex is absolutely friendly and his hints and tipps are in any case of great help and value. His B&B is very modern, absolutely clean and from high standard. He is always willing to fulfil the wishes of his guests. During breakfast we enjoyed his communication a lot. He is reachable by mobile and answers quickly. It was a great stay ... what people say » for all of us. Before falling asleep we had fun with the huge TV in our bedrooms. We highly recommend this B&B and whenever we return to Rome we'd - Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure. Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom. In good reaching distance to the city by bus. Good coffee at the breakfast. Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.

  Absolutely loved it, would stay there again any time. The room was spacious, nice and clean, and the bed very comfortable. Gianluca and Agostino were super friendly and helpful, providing us with two walking tours of Rome which covered many of the major sights, sustained by a big breakfast. Location is also really good, 3 minutes to the metro, but you can pretty much walk to many de - Gianluca our host could not be more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much. Planning walks to make the best use of time and packing in the sites, recommending local restaurants etc. Casa Martini was a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the sites but also close to the metro if you want to save your legs . It is modern and very well appointed. We loved the fact we had the use of a kitchen if we wanted fully stocked with tea, coffee, milk and cookies!
