  I've stayed at this hotel for three nights and I would like to point out the good things: - The staff is very friendly. I would like to thank them all - The room is very clean and comfortable - Nice atmosphere in the hotel - Quiet area - The hotel is placed near the metro station (about 350 m) so it is easy to get anywhere in Rome very quickly - G... what people say » ood Wi-Fi connection - The breakfast is American Breakfast Juice, Cereals, Eggs, Jam, Butter, Honey, Fresh Fruits, Bread, Beverages and very good past - Irene and all of the staff were amazingly kind, helpful and funny! This was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)---- Tuscolana is right on the train line. Quiet neighbourhood.

  My daughters wedding reception - the hotel is clear, really nice and situated far from the crowd of the "Eternal City". the staff is polite and ready to help you, there is a plenty of buses that are passing near to the hotel and it takes about 15 minutes to arrive to the Piazza Venezia. I strongly recommend this hotel to all ind of travellers!

  Our stay was very pleasant. Service is very good, the hotel is ideally located (everything is at walking distance), the room in courtyard is very quiet and the service unflawed. Given the special promotion we obtained, this hotel was fantastic. Still at a normal rate, this hotel should be warmly recommended (in comparison to many others in Roma whi... what people say » ch are by far more expensive but far older and less sympathic). - This was our first stay at the Diplomatic - we arrived at Ciampino Airport at 8.20pm and used the Cottrall bus to take us the Aanagnina metro stantion. From the station at Lepante we walked 15 mins to our Hotel.We found our room very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast room was very pleasant as were the staff and we enjoyed the food available. Service was excellent.
