  We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very clean and spacious with an enormous balcony. You have everything you need here. The beach is a 12 minutes walk away and Barbara kindly let us stay on the apartments' private beach for free also on the day that we were leaving.   The room was impeccably clean! We stayed 7 nights and each day we returned to the room after a long day of sightseeing, the room was perfectly cleaned, bed made, fresh towels. Every morning breakfast was delivered to our room. We never heard noise from the adjacent rooms, except whe - Fantastic central location - 1 min walk to Forum. Lots of good bars and restaurants within 2 mins walk. Hotel owner was a lovely, elderly lady who couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful (she even gave us a wake up call at 04:15 on day of departure and ordered taxi transfer to Termini for us).

The room was spacious and the view overlooking the Mediterranean from the balcony was outstanding. - Friendly and accommodating staff. For a first time visit to Italy, I felt welcomed and safe.   The staff at this hotel is amazing. Both girls were on top of everything from early check in to calling taxis and offering help with getting to and from monuments. Hotel has a different atmosphere, as it is situated in an office and apartment building. Hotel staff is very flexible (breakfast time) and friendly.

There are also a number or good restaurants of all prices very near, within 10 minutes walking at a leisurely pace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving tips on how to get into the Colosseum and Roman Forum without waiting 4 hours

  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  Great location. Can walk just about every where except to the Vatican which is a bit far. But very close to the metro (5 min). Close to restaurant. More of a local area (vs very touristic area). Room very clean and big enough for 3 people. Breakfast is good. People are helpful although they do not speak a lot of English. Very convinient and has beautiful decoration. You can use the terrace all day and night, romantic, perfect for couples or even for group of friends. The hotel is very quiet at night even though there is a bar close by. It certainly is a good choice. I would stay there again.

  Great value, basic, functional hotel. Ideal for pre cruise overnight in Civitavechia which is what we did. Staff (Ana) were extremely friendly, and helpful, the room was clean and a good shower. Breakfast was nicely presented continental style, meat, cheese, croissants, yogurt, cereals, tea, coffee. Good location for access to the Cruise terminal ... what people say » in the morning (All down Hill(Walking)) and easy access to good selection of restaurants in the evening. Would defiantly stay again for another pre cr - Tidy little boutique hotel, free Wi-Fi and really helpful staff. A good option for a night outside Roma prior to your cruise departure. A lot less stress and nice to be in a friendly small town.
