It was easy to do all our sightseeing from Tourist House Rome since it was only a 10 min walk from Garbatella metro-station.
It was a quiet neighborhood. -

Friendly, helpful, charming hosts. Comfortable room with modern, private bathroom. The location was great as it was away from the tourists (Rome was packed when we were there!), but close to a metro which took you to the Vatican area within minutes. It was great being in an area where you could enjoy seeing local people going about their daily lives (children playing, dogs being taken for walks, people chatting in the streets) and eating pizza with friendly locals.

I very much liked the simple, un-fussy atmosphere, like an old fashioned pensione; the situation was superb, with the Pantheon outside my window. But I thought it was too expensive for what it was - €170 a night is a lot for a very unpretentious place. - Fantastic room, not in the actual hotel. View of Panthenon, wow! Good security.

We have spent our anniversary here and had a wonderful time. The room splendid, just like on the pictures with a unique decoration, a perfect dream. The staff very friendly. The breakfast very good (on our arrival we could choose from a list what we would like to have) and it was delivered to the room every morning, great. The location exceptional, small street with lots of cafes and restaurants in the area and just round the corner of Piazza Navona and walking distance to all main attractions.
