The location was very good, very near the colosseum. The staff was friendly and took care of us. The room was clean and very confortable and located in a typical Rome building where one enters to a patio. I already knew that the hotel has several of this floors that act as an hotel. Despite of this, it's very secure with an automatic access card t... what people say » o the rooms. The breakfast is at a local café, where they are not particularly nice, but you can choose freely the pastries for the cappuccino. In one -
I liked a lot that the manager payed a lot of attention to our requests
and needs. It was there for us every time. He also helped us a lot with
information about our trip to Rome and how things works in there. I
would totally recommend to everyone! Don't get afraid when you see
the manager will take you from one place to another, he marketed I guess
3 hotels as the same one but I stayed in Sky Rome Hotel and it was the
same as the one in Filippo Hotel up here.

We stayed 5 nights in the spacious and quiet apartment with garden, two streets away from the B&B rooms. It was nice to sit and relax in the garden after walking all day. The location in Trastevere is excellent: the Vatican and all of Rome's museums are in walking distance (1 h max and you always walk through streets with other "must see" foru... what people say » ms, parks, churches...). Fine bars and restaurants are nearby (we only cooked once in 5 days, usually on holiday, we cook every second day). Franceska -
The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was the best location in Rome to stay if you want to be close to restaurants and bars and only a short walk from all the main attractions.
The room was beautiful.

The location is great, just around the corner from the Campo de Fiori. You can walk to everything from here because it's such a central location. There are lots of restaurants and cafes everywhere. The room was nice and quiet at night. We liked the open courtyards with the pretty flowers. We were on the second floor and it was a little hard hauling our luggage up those steps. There was a lift but we didn't see any guests using it, only staff. Otherwise great hotel!

Location is excellent! Right at the top of Via Del Corso with many shops
and eateries and walking distance to all major attractions but quiet
considering the location. Our room had 4 windows in the corner of the
building on the second floor. All double glazed. Large fridge.

The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay.
On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue. The hotel let us use their phone to make an international call... what people say » which just showed us how far they go to accommodate their guests.

We stayed 3 nights at Fabio Massimo and really enjoyed our stay there.
The staff were really friendly and since there were only about 9 rooms

the hotel was really close to some good restaurants. Me and my
girlfriend were there on Valentines Day and I asked the receptionist to
do something with my bedroom while we were away, he arranged for a
bouquet of roses and rose petals on the bed with Champagne glasses
