View from the room was spectacular - the entire old city of Castelnuovo di Porto was laid before us. During our stay we could see all the way to Rome in the distance.
Staff was very positive and welcoming.
Breakfast was very nice and the atmosphere in the dining room was inviting and warm.

Beautiful rooms with big bathrooms and free Wifi, at a reasonable price.I felt so comfortable with Eleonora who helped us both before we arrived, but also while we were there. The room was clean, bathroom with hairdryer, bidet, shower, soap and shower gel. Every day they clean the room and change towels if desired (left on the floor).
Street ambience is slightly dubious, being right next to the station, but I had no problem with the 5 days we were there.

One might get a bit uncomfortable with "train station" ambience, but it's absolutely safe. We were coming back late a night and everything was fine. Overall it's an excellent option to stay in Rome. good value for money!

Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. A very nice breakfast was provided even though it was after the 10 am ending time for breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless and had a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Really friendly and helpful staff that were always willing to go the extra mile. We were given lot's of great recommendations for restaurants and places to go upon our arrival. We were also able to use their computer and printer to print out our tickets to the Vatican. Very clean spacious and modern rooms, beds and towels changed daily if required. Also a great location close to the metro just 2 stops from Termini station. Overall a really lovely place with very friendly staff!!!
