Accessible to several bus lines 10 mins to Termini, 20 mins to Vatican, 15 mins to Colosseum....the location is perfect. We found several inexpensive restaurants, local eats, supermarket a few feet from the Suite, we did not speak a word of Italian but all the people, restaurants, and locals would try to accommodate you. The room we chose looked just like in the picture. Fabrizio was extremely friendly and welcoming, and he waited for us on request, after the check-in time. There's a supermarket nearby where you find almost everything you need. The bus station connecting to Termini Station and the historical center was quite close (about 5 minutes by foot). It is nicely placed, the surroundings are very pleasant and silent.

everything was fantastic! rooms were really clean, the kitchen was fully equipped even had free coffee and tea and some basic cooking supplies like oil and herbs. the shared bathroom you share with only two other rooms and it is thoroughly cleaned everyday, there is a washing machine and ironing board as well. it is about 10 min walk to the vatican and about 45 min to all the other sights but if you dont like to walk there are busses just out the door and antonio the owner is very helpful in fi

I stayed at the hotel for an entire week and I have no complaints! The
location is excellent, close to 3 metro stations, buses pratically in
front of the hotel! Also, you can get to several touristic attractions
walking! I stayed at the single room and the size was excellent, ensuite
bathroom and very, very clean! I'd deffinitely stay there again

i would not recommend Anzio for pedestrian tourists,due to lack of public transport,but my stay in casa vacance elliante was superb. -

Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome.
