the perfect place to stay in Bologna
We stayed for 1 week and thought it the perfect place.
it is across the road from the famous two leaning towers and less than 5 minutes walk from the main square. The residence is on the 3rd floor \ piano and there is an exellent lift.
We had a large room with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, chairs

Room was spacious with comfortable bet and well-equipped bathroom. When I made the reservation there was an error (completely my fault) and a shared bathroom was booked instead of private bath. They were able to offer a private bathroom for the first night and allowed me to cancel for the second, though they had no obligation to do so, so that I could stay at a hotel nearby with private bath. This consideration of the client's comfort is admirable and I greatly appreciated it.

What I liked best: Vito of course - the proprietor. He was so accommodating - nothing was too much! But the hotel itself is brand new, on the water, great beach, very tastefully done. This is a 4-star, not a 3-star, and exceptional value compared to everything else in the last 3 weeks visiting Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Slovenia etc.

Right across the road from the beach. Free wifi, parking... set in a very quiet family oriented place lots of hotels, bars/restaurants around and shops. We paid this hotel really cheap and it was a delight on our journey we were sad to leave it was excellent. Beach across the road was great very spacious and cheap. -

We got a splendid deal - an apartment with a sea view for a very reasonable price (it was the beginning of June, but the weather was fine). Staff was superfriendly and spoke English on a high level! Wifi worked perfectly and there were no problems with parking - perfect place to spend the "shoulder" season of June in Italy!
