Garage in basement kept car unheated, but require reservation. However I suppose, cars size like Audi A8 could have problem to get there. Independent air conditioning - We had a studio for three adults. The kitchenette is fully equipped, large fridge. The terrace is large, street view. The bathroom with shower is spacious. It's a self-service facility so bear in mind that cleaning is for you to take care. Good wifi connection. Helpful staff.

  We travelled around Emilia-Romagna during our Easter holidays and the second stop was in Parma. We had a quadruple room at the hotel and it was the largest one on the floor. The room was clean and quiet. It was really spacious and had an alcove next to the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed there. The hotel is behind - We stayed at this hotel for one night to visit the city of Parma. Since we are a familly of 4 we had a four beds room which was a quite big room. The room was clean and functionel. The location was excellent, very close to a nice local shopping street and nice restaurants. We also appreciated the breakfast. A lot of variety and nice service. The lady who was serving the breakfast was very helpful. If we ever come back to Parma, we will stay again at this hotel.

  The location was well placed with quaint road with lots of tree vegetation on both sides leading on to the high street. Also the idea that the beach was just a leisurely 10 minutes away was nice to know. Access to a well-stocked supermarket help my family save money as we never ate out and made our own home made meals. The air conditionin - The price was great for what you received. The neighborhood was quiet but close to shops restaurants and the beach, which was included in our package and was wonderful. The woman at the desk was very sweet and very helpful. The free bicycles were a nice benefit. The studio was comfortable, clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed. We liked everything about Residence Riviera.
