  We loved staying in this gracious palazzo. Very friendly staff who treated us like family. nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the location, away from the main tourist area but only 5 minutes walk away. The garden is also wonderful and we eat breakfast out in the sunshine each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go there again... what people say » . - The Hotel was well situated but still quiet. The staff and management treated us like family friends rather than paying guests and it was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed. Nothing was too much trouble and there were many little extras provided free of charge, which only added to the pleasure. The room was wonderful, full of atmosphere and beautifully appointed. I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends without hesitation.

  Yes, having read other reports we were plesantly surprised as it was better than others had suggested. Staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was right at the begining of season so maybe that helped but a throughly good experience. - beautiful interior, great location, very clean

  Courteous and helpful staff. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The rooms were spacious impeccably clean. The bathroom was large, beautiful marble walls. Very thoughtful amenities in bathroom (soaps shampoo/shower gell. Also a shaving kit ,toothbrushes and comb were welcome additions). The breakfast was magnificent!!. Food was very tempting and well laid out, with everything you could wish for. The hot buffet was very nice to. The bedroom was lovely and as for the bathroom facilities, they were brilliant. The bar and upstairs viewing plaform were excellent as was the barman. Prices were reasonable .

  your wellcoming and friendly staff in general and Leila your receptionist in particular - The hotel is excellently run and everything that you would expect of a four star hotel. Staff polite and friendly and more than will ing to assist in all that they do. Would stay again if and when I revisit Venice
