Ettore was a wonderful and thoughtful host that made our stay very enjoyable. He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. He offered a great overview of things to see and do not only in Sorrento but on the Amalfi Coast. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to suggest some great restaurants. This is just perfect hotel with a location at Spaccanapoli, close to Santa Chiara. You cant go wrong by staying here.

The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. The apartmentd were pretty and with all the conforts. Ideal location for us, a mature couple, but there were also young families and a group of friends.
If you have never been in Cilento, go there. People are friendly and the beach is nice.
You're also close to Paestum one of the most important historical places in Italy.

Highly recommended. Right in the heart of Sorrento. Only 15 minutes walk to train station and bus depot. We had a spacious room overlooking the piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Sorrento. No lifts, so you better practice lifting your suitcases up a few flight of stairs. I didn't mind because

Excellent location not far from train station.No breakfast area but rooms have kettle and there are yogurts and fruit drinks left in fridge each day,there is also a basket of chocolate bars and bruschetta .
