Everything. The host Marco was very friendly, he gave us great advise regarding restaurants, he even called us before chek-in hour to inform that our room is ready and we can come earlier. I think it's very thoughtful. Room was very clean, amazing view from the balcony, breakfast is served on your terrace at your requested hour.

Pls note if using a GPS that Via Crocelle is a walking street but only a few steps from a driving street, it is actually directly across from the Auditorium, so easy to find and we'll located. The Palazzo Jannuzi Relais was a perfect location right in the center of Sorrento. Was one of the best small hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room overlooked Piazza Tasso and was spacious, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was amazing, lovely and fresh and a great choice - fresh fruits, pastries, cakes, sliced meats, cheeses, eggs, cappuccino and more....and was served on the sunny terrace or lovely sunroom area. Everything. Angelica and the staff were wonderful. They were basically invisable until you needed something and they magicaly appeared.
The accomodation was only a month old when we stayed so all was new and beautifully appointed. Our room had a wonderful lawn area out the front that we relaxed on every afternoon with a wine and watch the passing parade of boats.
The only reason I didn't give the facilities an excellent is because it didn't have a pool. However, that is under construction, so p

The charming proprietor Luca, his dog Pluto and his family made us feel very welcome, and couldn't have done more for us. Relais La Rupa was centrally located with well equipped rooms and bathrooms, but very quiet with lovely terraces overlooking the town. Secure parking meant we could leave our car and walk everywhere, the best way to see Sorrento. I recommend this hotel and would return.
