  We were treated like royalty... the owners of the hotel, a family, helped us with all our tourism questions, they accomodated all our needs, and then offered even more! Our stay could not have been any better. They made us feel like part of their family! It was just wonderful! The room was lovely and the view breathtaking! The rooftop pool was truly an oasis! The parking was an unexpected blessing after driving the Amalfi and seeing how scarce it is.   Antonietta and Giovanna were the perfect hosts from start to finish. Their staff including Nico, Diego and Paulo were always very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonietta, Giovanna and their staff!! The hotel looks great and our room was clean and a good size with a patio area leading to the garden. All in all, Orsa Maggiore is a beautiful hotel with excellent owners and - Orsa Maggiore was a beautiful stop for us on our honeymoon. I would request a room Oceanside (beautiful sunsets). The rooms are clean and pretty, but here, you are paying for the views and a great design of a pool area! The staff are also all very nice and helpful! They made good dinner recommendations and always offered to shuttle you around the island (this is quite helpful if you know Capri) and the wifi connection is good. Also-the free breakfast is plentiful!

  The hotel grounds were amazing, and the pools were cleaned everyday, the breakfast was great eggs and bacon and delicious cakes. And the staff were great. - Beautiful location and friendly staff. Lovely hotel and spa. Good buffet type breakfast. I come here regularly and enjoy it every time.

My wife like the decoration and setting of the hotel, she ranked it the best hotel. This comment is not light considering we have traveled a lot over the past 30 years. The restaurant is one of the highlights of the hotel. They make gorgeous, delicious food at a very reasonable price. We stayed 5 days there and it was a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to anybody traveling to Sorrento.
