Villa Adriatic is a small but perfect place to stay whether you got to Barletta for leisure or business. We stayed for a night and had a wonderful time in Barletta and in the Villa Adriatic.
Villa has a great position, it is 2min walk from the beach, 5min walk from the lively and pretty town centre and close to the main road. It's located in a calm area and next to a supermarket. Everything is at hand!

More of an hotel nearly then a true B&B, but I suppose that is a matter of personal perception.
Rooms are all 'styled' around a certain theme, it does nothing for me, but its certainly not your standard kind of room. Reception on arrival was a bit unpersonal.

The accomodation was a good chioce. The room was designed very individually and artistic and it was clean too. The garden and the courtyard were very stylish too. Jean-Paul was kind and helpful host, although the communication was not easy because we couldn't find a common language to use. Breakfast was ok.
You can park your car inside the property.

I listened to all of our wishes, and offered a lovely room with a kitchen, instead of the cottage during the first day of stay. For mom, traveling with me in the room was much more comfortable than in a wooden cottage.

A beautiful place, immaculately restored and maintained. The disappointment is that you tend not to spend time enjoying the extensive common areas which are beautifully furnished. Great pool area.
Breakfast was excellent.
It is a working farm so you need a car but conveniently located about 4km from Ostuni.
