I loved everything about this hotel. This is the second time we stayed and we were certainly and definitely not disappointed. The hotel itself is absolutely brilliant, the decor stunning and the location perfect. However, the trump card is certainly the staff, particularly the young gentleman who was manning reception when we arrived and throughout most of the stay. We were made to feel like royalty. This is, in my view, the best place to stay in when in Ragusa Ibla. Breakfast was also top-notc.

Parking free of charge in the street below, worked perfectly with direct access from the hotelelevator. Wifi worked perfectly, fast access. Nice view over the Ragusa valley. I would lika to come back. Can be highly recommended!. everything. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room only recently refurbished to a high standard with excellent bathroom. The hotel is in a great location in Ragusa Ibla, just moments from Piazza San Giorgio. The room was large, clean and comfortable with free soft drinks and water. Prepare your first access, because the narrow streets in Ragusa Ibla are not the most easy way to go there. But can easily be accessed from the street below, when you know what to look for. Maybe next year the restaurant will be open and I am sure that it will have the same high standards as the rest of the hotel. No negatives at all. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed while we were there. Also, the staff keep the front door locked which is good for security but means you have to ring the bell and wait for them to let you in each time. Rather dark decor - some might like it. nothing!. Had to park on steet below and pull your suitcases up a long ramp and back down after checking out. Wifi was not consistent. Signal weak and system poor. Need to clarify directions with better explaination and pictures of the street entrance as related to parking location. We drove around in frustration for 30 minutes and finally paid a taxi driver to show us the door. Wifi access was complicated over a 4 day period. Hotel all perfect---nice and friendly staff-was perfect for visiting the barock towns.
