The place is well maintained, nice garden, nice apartments, easy access to the lake, clean and sophisticated. There is one member of the staff there, called Piero, who claims to be the boss, but he is actually not, and he is very rude to the guests, which is obviously ruining the entire experience. It is a real shame, as I would have liked to recommend this hotel to others, but I better not do this. Another negative aspect is that there is absolutely no catering on site, not even a coffee machine or some vending machine. .
