  Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near the b & B. Rooms were all beautiful, Irene has beautiful taste. The breakfast was gorgeous including, strawberries, chickpea omelette, homemade pizza, homemade cakes, very Italian. I won't even bother looking for anywhere else when I return to Pisa, if 23 is not available I'll change my dat - We especially liked our guest, Irene, who was so very polite and helpful, giving us all the necessary info about where to eat, which by the way, if you're a fan of pizza, then you should definitely try Le Scuderie - best pizza in town :) We also loved our room, Magnolia, the perfect melange between classic and contemporary with a lot of design objects.   Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The room turned out to be more of a suite which included a separate kitchen with tea and coffee, a microwave, ceramic hob, table and chairs. The b - The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!
