I loved that it was 10 minute walk from the " leaning tower of Pisa " , the staff we very friendly gave us lots of information , were great with the kids. The room was clean and was very spacious for a family of four , the bathroom was nice and clean with fresh towels and soaps. What we liked best was the pool area and seating. The breakfast was a typical Italian style of croissants , yoghurts , breads etc.

Arriving at this B&B, puts already a smile on your face just experiencing the warm welcome. Recommending to everybody!. The location is perfect. Slightly outside the noisy area of the Leaning Tower and hence relaxing and having a quite authentic feel to it. The walk to all the attractions is short. The hostess is pleasant and the atmosphere in the villa is calm and relaxing. Very close to the tower (about a 10 minute walk) with free car parking which we needed for our hire car. Inside our room, which had a private entrance, was beautifully decorated with an ornate full length mirror, chandelier and feather duvet. Pisa could be visited in 1-2 days and the hotel is very near the center of the city. Rooms are big and clean and the area is quite. Great place to stay in Pisa. Very Friendly, clean and comfortable. Near tower and the main attractions!. Good position for walking into Pisa and only 5 mins from the tower and Duomo. Parking in the drive. Nice big and clean Rooms. Food was quite average but generally ok. The shower cabin was pretty small and not very comfortable. Tiny niggles such as there not being anywhere to hang your towel in the bathroom. Nothing. No breakfast included in the price. Room a bit bleak and basic. Pool wasn't cleaned, but we where here in September. But would've been nice to be able to swim. The Villa itself is a little run down (as are most of the buildings in the area) but clean bedding & towels provided and clean rooms. breakfast!. Limited choice at breakfast (but good quality food!). breakfast - too simple. the reception girl was just too busy with something else rather than her job. As we arrived the owner was leaving for the evening, just before 9pm, so if we had been just 10mins later we would've been locked out! This happened to a guest after us and he kept knocking the door, so we were unsure whether to let him in (and our room was right next to the front door so we couldn't ignore it), but this wasn't our responsibility so deal with guests still left to check in! Also very noisy throughout the night with other guests. The room was quite big but rather bare.the shower room needed some attention. It seemed a bit expensive. Noise from the corridor. The villa is dated. Our room was not very clean and a curtains were barely hanging on the broken curtain rod. it needs some renovation. not a lot, but just to put things right. It gave me the impression that everything was quickly prepared to hosts guests but with hiding the dirt under the carpet. strong smell of pigeons from our room on the ground floor. Uncomfortable beds. Poor quality towels & linen generally. In bad state of repair, shower head needed replacing etc.... Lack of cleanliness especially in the shower. On our arrival the towels were not yet ready. Poor breakfast. it was rather basic, also the breakfast. the "swimming pool" was disgusting, a disgrace, absolutely not suitable to swim in. Need drink making facilities in the room Not very clean No waste bin Not much toilet paper. The place is very old, it is basically falling into pieces. Pool water was totally green and dirty. Broken glass light fittings above bed. Dangerous? Bare 220v light bulb over bathroom sink. Dangerous. disgusting bath with shower not really working and mould in shower; pool very unclean; worst is look behind the fence: incredible rubbish all over. overflowing ashtrays,filthy tables,leaking showerhead.terrible bites after sleeping in bed.
