The room is very nice. I really feel like home. The staffs are all friendly and very nice too.

Close both to railway station (10-15 minutes by foot) and airport (10 minutes by foot), but in a quite area. Great if you have a late arrival or early departure. Seft-service breakfast is good (cereals, yogurt, ham, cheese, cakes, etc.) The B&B is super clean, nice and cozy. Really nice and homely place to stay.

A bit far from the city center and Leaning Tower (up to 40 minutes by foot). LAM ROSSO bus (1,10 euro) will take you there in 10-15 minutes. This is NOT a hotel's disadvantage: if you are going to stay in Pisa for several days and prefer walking from the city center instead of taking a bus to hotel, be careful and cautious, the area near the train station is not safe (but the hotel itself is located in really nice, quite and safre area).

I chose this B & B because of the location; any easy walk to the airport and the railway station. The room and breakfast were fine for my overnight stay and I enjoyed my stroll around Pisa.

The position was optimal. 4 minutes walking. You could get linea rossa and visit piazza dei miracoli and have a pizza nearby. Wifi access was very fast and reachable.

The shared bathroom had a bas smell. Maybe from chinese visitors. Everything else was fine

Very clean; friendly helpful staff (often absent); self-service breakfast; between station and airport. Take the L/M bus from the station or airport to go there, Luca had said it isn't far to walk but with luggage it is.

- very good communication with Luca (calling and verifying arrival time) - I needed help with parking my car (as there is no parking included). Luca immediately responded that there is enough parking spaces a front of B&B (free 18:00-8:00, otherwise payable at 60eurocents/hr). There was no problem with parking indeed. - Leaning tower is approx 20 minutes walk away - we used LuckyHousle for an overnight stay on our trip and the facilities were sufficient for that purpose - selfservice breakfast

Friendly accommodating staff. Nice quiet residential location. Comfortable beds in a large room nicely decorated with a high ceiling. Clean and well maintained bathroom. Nice self serve breakfast. Public parking easy to find right outside the B&B and free after hours. 60 cents per hour during the day time from 08:00am to about 19:00 (approx times from memory).

A map to guide you from the airportrt would be helpful. It is so close you can easily walk, but you need to know where you are going.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, I felt as if they were welcoming me into their home. Nothing is to much trouble, and they go put of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Very cooperative staff.When we reached late night at pisa station they called me and told the walking way to it. It was very clean and quiet. Though bathroom was shared it was never engaged.supermarket is also very near by and breakfast facilities were very nice. You can see honest efforts of the owners to keep everything in order. I can say it was perfect B&B.

Its not very big. So if you want to stay in big hotel this is not an option for you.

It was a short walk from the airport. the staff was friendly and healpful. a good breakfast was available when I left at 5am the following day. I will definately use hem again as I travel frequently via Pisa airport.

Amazing staff - very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast for such a place. It's located 5 minutes from the airport and a 20 minutes from the city centre on foot. Had wifi which was working ok. And shared bathrooms were clean.

The owner Giovanni couldn't do enough to help, very friendly. For a continental breakfast I was impressed with the selection of foods. The shared bathroom was clean, even had a hair dryer, the bedroom was basic and clean. I was able to use a bike to explore the city with no charge. Great wi-fi. I'm most definitely coming back as do other people from what I've heard.

Everything was just perfect - the staff is very friendly and helpful, there are free maps and guides to Pisa in the lobby, the room was spacy, clean and decorated with taste. The internet has good speed for sharing photos over facebook/skype (unlike most of the other hotels in Italy where we have stayed). The breakfast was perfect, and you can find a nice "whiteboards" on the walls to put short comments/greetings in whatever language you like :) I would come back in Luca's LuckyHouse the next time I'm in Pisa !

The staff was wonderful. Even though my wife and I were arriving very late the owner was waiting out front for us. Luca and his wife were very nice. Breakfast was also perfect.

This B&B has nice room decorations (mine was decorated with bookshelf) and welcoming owner. Location is close to train station and airport (both - 10 minutes walk). Bed is comfortable and rooms exactly as on pictures.

I was leaving too early in the morning - I didn't have chance to taste the breakfast, it starts only at 07:45 :( But anyway like this B&B a lot.

The B&B is beside the train station and airport, and it's quite safe at night. When we arrive, the host welcomed us and help us to check-in. He's a nice person. The room is big and has wifi, but we need to share the bath room with others.

The bathroom leaks to our room, which make my luggage and the floor under my bed wet. This is very disappointing. The bed is not so clean, and the room is very simple, not as shown on the website. I think it's still a bit overpriced. For the location, it's not so close as I thought, we need to cross several roads and one bridge to get to the train station.

Quiet appartment, not in the place mentionned, but not far in the same street. Only 30 min walking to Pisa tower.

good location for very easy access to airport, and the staff was very friendly. It was very clean. It was an easy walk to the centro also, but Pisa had limited appeal for more than a single night's stay.

There was nothing really wrong with LuckyHouse, but the breakfast was fairly low quality basics, (for example pre packaged cakes and muffins and cold-cuts), and it felt a little dark and dreary. It felt like it should be another step down in pricing.
