The location was good, just a short walk straight from Pisa Airport. We also liked the Bus stop which was just outside the Hotel and took us to the Tower.

They stayed up to wait for me though my flight got in at midnight, and they even gave me a huge room with a bathroom when I had only booked a single with shared bathroom.

There wasn't a coffee machine... :-(

We were concerned about checking in at midnight after our flight arrived but there was staff available for us to check in and many others seemed to be checking in late aswell. the place was easy to find even in the middle of the night in a city we didnt know and we liked the proximity so that we didnt have to get a cab and could easily return to the airport in the AM for our rental car

This hotel, although basic was within walking distance to the airport and was satisfactory.

Being very allergic to mosquitoes I was not happy to find more than a half dozen in the room which did manage to bite me even though I tried to sleep under total cover of the sheet.

Ten minutes walk from the airport. Friendly staff.

No bed covers, duvets or blankets - just thin sheets and an old curtain over the double bed.

Bed was shocking, peeling tile paint left paint all over feet. Shower terrible. They asked for cash then said they would have to give the two Euros change later, but no change was given. Staff are only there a few hours so we couldn't follow up. We asked for a receipt and that wasn't provided either. Very noisy environment. Most unpleasant

Overpriced due to location. No lock on the shared bathroom and no towels provided. No fan in the room so we were very hot at night and couldn't sleep.

It is not acceptable to have to pay for a towel when you already paid 50 euros for a night. When I complained that the booking was for a B&B with facilities included, they told me they are an Hostel, which again is not stated when booking. Moreover, they said that people in the past left towels so dirty they could not use them again so they decided to charge for them. People are traveling and cannot be asked extra money for a towel after paying so much for a night!

Good location, can easily walk from Airport. You only get what you pay for!

There was no proper procedure for the Reception and the phone number given was unobtainable. No staff based at the hostel. The room was poorly furnished and had a bare light bulb. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room when we arrived. There was only one key to share between the bathroom and separate toilet. The bath and sink were blocked. We were disappointed and would not use it again. There was a lot of noise throughout the night from other rooms and a dog barking outside.

The best thing is it's location and it is just beside the airport only as the name suggests.

There was no reception at all and we wait for few minutes and then I have to call and there were mosquitoes in the room and the bathroom shower was not working and the shower door was not okay. The bed is not good, there was tremendous noise in the bed when you move side.

The location is really near to the airport. It is worth for saving time and money to reach airport if you need to the airport early in the morning. We have a nice room.

When we came, there was no staff in the reception, and our room wad not cleaned yet. We have to wait two hours before we could use our room.

There was no one there on our arrival at 1pm, we waited for 30 mins outside and then a further 15 mins to see someone to get into the room. We were treated as an inconvinence. Noisey.

Do not stay here

Do not stay here. Hotel description is completely false. No working lights in room, No tv, No heating or cooling, Dirty, Not sound proof, Poor quality bed linen, No staff on site to assist with issues or check in.

Close to the airport and internet is working well in the rooms.

-No towels we had to wait 2 hours before we could checkin (the stuff was to late) and no one is replying on the phone. View on the construction is terrible. No additional blankets. Used soap in the bath room. After rain we had a wet ground in front of our bed (window was closed). Tv is not working and the door is making a terrible noise (annoying especially at night!).

Close to airport for late flight

Noise Noise and not from planes no fan so unbearable heat hence bitten to death my mosquitoes and countless other beasties

No fan or a/c. Next to a busy road so with no fan it was almost impossible to sleep. Got bitten over 15 times each by Mosquitos with the window being open because of no fan or a/c. We closed the window at 1 am because of the noise outside but sweated in the bed after 20 mins and had to shower at 1.20am in order to try to sleep. Only slept 30 mins the whole night. Worst night stay ever. Way overpriced for what you get. Do not stay here unless every other available option is exhausted.

The location would have been nice near the airport.

The place isn't staffed 24/7 and they were completely unresponsive when I called and rang the bell. I literally had to sleep on their lawn until the terminal opened again because I had nowhere else I could go.

When we got there (at 22.00) we were left outside and told there was a problem and that we would have to wait 20 minutes and we would be taken to another hotel 10 minutes (by car) away. The reason we had chosen the hotel was because it was 5 minutes (walking) from the airport

The fact that there wasn't actually a room at this hotel and we were taken to a hotel (albeit very good) 10 mins away (by car). The reason we chose this hotel was because it was next to the airport and we had an early morning flight,

Nothing, It was the worst 'Hotel' I have every stayed in, and I am a hardened traveler. The only good think I will say about this place is that there is an amazing little café across the road that does amazing pizza and pasta dishes. Oh and the cat is quite friendly.

When I arived at 16 oklock it was closed ,I was waiting almost 1 and a half hour .,inside it,s a disaster....................... Its was a marerite . No breakfest,caffe mashine not working,,the bed mak noise,..........................
