The hotel is clean. Facilities are good. The best thing is location. It's quite handy in a short walking distance from the airport. We arrived in a rainy day so we had to take the bus from the airport to the hotel and there was bus stops near the hotel. Besides, it takes about 12 minutes walk to the central train station.

Clean and comfortable room for a reasonable price. It is only 5 minutes walk from the airport and 20 minutes from the train station.

Very near Pisa airport. Clean, large bedrooms. Nice bath/shower rooms with basket of toiletries kindly left by other travellers. Coffee/tea making near room, sweet croissant/crackers in bedroom.

One of the nights, there was a lot of noise from late arriving travellers. Not much you can do about that.

Easy walk from Pisa airport. Owner available to receive guest with flights arriving after midnite. Shared bathroom was spacious and clean

Very good location for someone arriving with a late flight at Pisa airport. The stuff of B&B Gate 52 was very helpful. Mr. Rocco was waiting for me and the baby at the airport even it was after midnight and this helped me a lot. The room was nice and clean, and the toilet clean and always available. If traveling to Pisa, I'll go there again for sure.

I would suggest B&B Gate 52 to install a clock somewhere close to the reception desk (maybe there was one and I didn't see it). I had to be at the airport for an early flight too, and I was not sure about the local time.

Right next to airport as we arrived into Pisa late. Nice man who runs it. Had everything we needed and was kept clean. Free WIFI.

Rocco waited for our arrival after midnight. Very convenient place, walking distance from the airport excellent for late arrivals. From there we walked all of Pisa. One day Pisa is enough... The shared bathroom was available whenever we needed it. And we could leave our luggage in a room untill the evening. Perfect!

We were happy to have a room in the back. The front may have been a bit noisy..

Good location. Just a short walking distance from the Pisa Airport. The staff are willing to wait although our flight was delayed for 1 hour. Good amenities and pleasant.

Our room was on the 2nd floor. There were no elevators. We were travelling with heavy bags, and it was difficult and unpleasant to carry the heavy bags up the stairs. Otherwise, no complaints.

We have to respect hours of our arrival: little beat early before 10-11 pm difficulties to enter we had to call

It is 'B&B', but there is no breakfast. The staff are not very friendly, but I did arrive late, almost midnight. It is expensive for what is offered, which is basically little more than a bed in a hot room.

Near airport

Dingy and unpleasent. The man that met us and gave us the key was unfriendly. Would not recommend this place
