Kind staff. The hotel has it's own bicicles which can be used free of charge for hotel guests. Everything about the hotel was excellent.THE POSITION ,STAFF AND HOTEL WERE ALL VERY GOOD. It is situated close to the city center. The design and the interior decoration was very modern and clean.Nice smelling soap (no, really). Helpfull staff. Hotel room was spacious as was bathroom, hotel location was good about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Parma which is beautiful.
